TEN~ORARY ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before this Court on .
June 8, 1479, upon the Petitioner's Motion for Temporary
Relief. Both parties appeared and were represented_by counsel.
The Court heard the testimony of the parties and the argument
of counsel. Having considered same, and being otherwise
duly advised in the preu~ises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
j 1. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $450.00 -
~ per month for the temporary sunport and tnaintenance of the
[
~ Tnlife and the minor children of the parties until final hearing
in this cause. Said paymen*_s shall be made bi-monthly at the ~
rate of $225.00 per payment commencing on the 22nd day of
June , 19.79 .
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to SUSAN LYNN WIRTH. In addition
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both

~ of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court

advised of their mailing and residence addresses a~ all times
~
~ while this order is in effect.
~ The Wife shall keep and maintain an accounting and record
~
of the expenditure of all support income received by her under
