The Wife shall have temporary custody of the minor children of the parties, with the right of reasonable visita- ti~n reserved to the husband. Reasonable visitation shall consist of alternate weekends, and such other times and places ~ as the parties shall agree. 3. The Wife shall have the temporary exclusive use and possession of the marital home and furnishings contained there- in pending final hearing in this cause and shall be responsible for the mortgage payments thereon. 4. In accordance with the agreement of the parties, thru their attorneys, in open court at' the temporary hearing, the Husband shall convey to the Wife all of his right, title and interest in the 1975 Dodge van and shall execute any and all documentation necessary to do so, and the Wife shall~ be responsi- ble for and pay the indebtedness existing thereon; and the Wife ~ ! shall convey to the Husband all of her right, title and interest ~ ~ in t:~e 1973 Boston Whaler boat and shall execute any and all ~ - ~ documentation necessary to do so, and the Husband shall be responsible for and pay the indebtedness existing thereon. 5. The Wife is hereby awarded the sum of $175.00 tempor- ary attorney's fees, which shall be paid by the Husband directly to the attorneys for the !Wife.
