ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause came on for hearing on June 15, 1979, before
the undersigned Judge of the above-styled Court, and the Court
having heard the testimony of the Wife, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Custody of the minor child of the parties, DANNY
LEE WHITE, is hereby awarded te~nporarily to the Wife. The
minor child shall not be renoved from the jurisdiction of this
~ Court by either party hereto or their agents pending the final
I
~ hearing in this matter.

~ 2. The Husband shall pay to the Wife temporary child
`l,~
support in the amo~t of $35.00 per week beginning the
a day of June, 1979, which sum shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both -
of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
s advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times

~ 3. The Husband is hereby restrained and prohibited from ~

~ harassing~ molesting, th"reatening, disturbing, or in any other
~ way striking or contacting the Wife, or attempting to do any r
~ of the said things, at the parties place of residence-or other-
