It is thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows, to-wit: , ' ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ~ I DAVID DE VRIES and DORIS J. DE VRIES, be and the same is hereby ! g dissolved and the parties and each of them are forever freed from ~ the bonds of matrimony existin~ heretofore between them and from ~ _ ~ • the obligations arising therefrom. - . ~ 2. CHANGr^. OF i1AME. DORIS J. DE VRIES' former name is ~ restored and she shall be known as DORIS JACQUELYN THOMAS hereafte . ~ ~ 4. JURISDICTION.
