DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAG o n~
This cause came on for final hearing this date and the
Court. having given full consideration to al-1 the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties should be dissolved because the marriage is
irretrievably broken. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows, to-wit:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between

I DAVID DE VRIES and DORIS J. DE VRIES, be and the same is hereby

g dissolved and the parties and each of them are forever freed from
~ the bonds of matrimony existin~ heretofore between them and from

the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. PROPEItTY SETTLII`IENT . The Stipulation agreement
r• dated the 24th day of Apri1, 1979 „ entered into between the partie
' having been enteredfinto evidence, be and the same is hereby
incorporated in the Final Judgnent by reference and the parties

~ and each of them are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof
~ 3. CHANGr^. OF i1AME. DORIS J. DE VRIES' former name is
~ restored and she shall be known as DORIS JACQUELYN THOMAS hereafte .

~ 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of the parties and this =
