COMES NOW DOROTHY E. HOWE, Personal Itepresentative (adminis-
tratrfx) for the ESTATE OF HOWARD F. HOWE, by and through her
undersigned attorneys and presents to the Court an offer to
purchase the Willie Johnson Property, and would show the
court:
1. That the ESTATE OF HOWARD F. HOWF is the owner of
