of the property to Peqi A.Gant for $15,000.00 cash. ' i<~
7. The sale of the house was hindered by title insurance
~requirements and a controlled fire occurred in the house
doing damaqe of approximately $2,000. Mrs. Gant withdrew
her offer to purchase as a result of the fire.
WHEREFORE, the Personal Representative requests the Court ~
to issue an Order authorizing the sale of the V~ILLIE JOHNSON .
PROPERTY to DAVID DOUGLAS ERHARDT for the amount of $13,000.00.
