• The $uilding and Zoning Department recently inspected the above
.referenced property and found that the structure has severe
structural damage, extensive~deterioration and dilapidation and ~
is unfit for human habitation. This unit presents _ a serious
health and fire hazard to occupants, as well -as to the public.

We believe it is not economically feasible to rehabilitate this
structure. .It is our intention to institute ~ormal condemnation
~i~hir~ 10 days if you do not voluntarily raze the building. .
