~ THIS CAUSE havinq come on to be heard upon the Petition of
the Personal Representative presenting ari offer to purchase the
followfng described property: .
Lots 26, 27, 30 and 31, Block A, Suzanne Park,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 8, Page 13, Public Records of St. Lucie
i County, Florida;
and it appearing to the Court that matters dealing with this .
; property have been before the Court at a number of hearings ~
E including~hearings fn which this Court authorized the transfer

~ of the property fr~n H. F. HOWE, INC., to the ESTATE OF HOWARD

~ F. HOZ~TE subject to the first mortgage and to an Agreement for

Deed to WILLIE JOHNSON, auttiorized opposition to the conderanation
of the buildinq on the property by the City of Fort Pierce as ~
~ ~ -
a
~ being unfit for human habitation; recognized that the representatives ~
for the Estate have been unable to obtain insurance for liability
_
or fire-or windstorm; authorized the foreclosure of the Agreement
~
; for Deed against Willie Johnson a~nd ordered the sale of the
~
~ property pursuant to a contract with Pegi Gant; that the court ~
~
~ is now advised that there were delays in closinq this sale .

i because the title insurors were reluctant to issue title

~ ' insurance because of problems which have now been resolved so `

~ that title insurance.is no~ available and that there has been
