NOW THEREFORE, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that it is in the best interests of and
necessary to the.estate to sell the above-described property and
i that all of the interested parties were represented at the hearing
~ upon the approval of the contract of sale, the Personal Represent- ~

; ative is hereby authorized and directed to execute the contract of

` sale of the property to DAVID DOUGLAS ERHARDT for $13,000.00 cash;
that the Personal Representative is to pay the usual expenses of
sale, the first mortgaqe upon the property and the liens out-
~ standing aqainst the property and shall convey the property by a .
~ properly executed Personal Representative's Deed to the prospective

~ purchaser.
