and easement to conatruct an electric distribution line over and
across the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit: ~
A 15 FOOT WIDE EASEMENT AREA:
The East 15 feet of the North 210 . feet of the East 221 feet of
the West 442 feet less the North 185 feet of the N.E. 1/4 of
the N.W. 1/4 of the S.W. 1/a of_Section 29~ Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, lying North of Ten Mile Creek. - ~

including the riqht to trim, cut and keep clear of said line all
trees and limbs which may endanger the same, ~rith the right to
go upon said land from time to time as may be necessary to con-
' struct, maintain and repair said line. No permanent structures
~ shall be placed or fnstalled on said easement.
