THIS CAUSE coming on before me this date upon the consent
of the parties, and the Court being advised that-an update or
an additional study is required to be made prior to the hearing
previously scheduled for August 15, 1979, it is up~n consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that an update on the home study which
was_conducted on both parties by the appropriate division of
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services be made,
and that said update of said study be submitted to this Court,
along with recommendations for the disposition of the parties'
- minor child prior to the time of the scheduled hearing in
this cause presently set for August 15, 1979.
