This cause came on for trial on June 13, ~979 andthe Court
having given full con$ideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and
sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
RUTH A. ECNANES and JUAN L. ECHANES be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and eaeh of them are hereby forever _
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. JURISDTCTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the

parties hereto is retained for the entry of further orders
; _ concerning the property of the parties and alimony, and any
~ other orders that this Court may deem proper. ~
