or agreements with advertisers or suppliers, any claim Global
might have to copyright~, trademarks or similar-rights, any
accounts of Gulfstream or accounts receivable pertaining to
radio station WFTP-AM, any other equipment, furniture, furnish-
ings or other personal property used or useful in connection
with the operation of WFTP-AM, which property is being transferred
to the aforesai~ Buyer, and i.n any other structures, equipment ~
or personal groperty used or useful in the operation of radio
station WFTP-AM. G1oba1 shall execute any and all necessary
documents required to be recorded in the public records or atherwise
to effectuate such release.
12. All terms and conditions of the documents evidencing
the obligations referred to herein and all security instruments
~ existing in connection therewith, if not modified or extended by
E this Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect.
