7. U3E CES3ATION: In the event the Lessee ceases to use the
towers whict~ are currently on the aubject property for broadcasting,
this Lease agreement ehall ~mmediately become null and vo~.d.
8. TOWER USE BY LES30R: Lessee hereby grants to the Lessor,
or his successors or assiqns, the riqht at Lessor's expense, to
. install~a microwave antenna and two-way antenna on Leasee's antenna ~
tow~ers which shall be located on the demised premises. This riqht of
~
~ inBtallation shall be without additional authority tro~a the Lessee
~ and the I,essee ahall not charge the Lessor tor such use, so long as

~ there is no deqradatton of Lessee's signal Which is outside FCC

~ parameters. Leasor, or its succesaors or assigns, shall at ita

` expense, make the necessary antenna tuninq of Lessee's tower system

to compiy with applicable FCC regulations, in the event Lessor ~
