WHEREAS~ the parties entered inta a L~~!se dated Decezaber Z3.~
1978, for the placement and operation of tranamitting tawer8 and

equipment for Radio Station WFTP-AM; and
WHEREAS, said Lease was conditioned upon certain concurrent
, obligations which have naw been modified by the partiest and
` WHEREAS, the parties wish to reflect auch modifications
herein.

~ Ten DollarB ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, thQ parties

~ agree as follows:

~ 1. Paragraph 9 of said original Lease, is hereby modified

~ to read as follvws:
~ 9. CONCURRF.NT OBLIGATIONS: Simultaneausly with the
~ execution of this Lease Agreement, the Lessee has ~
, given to the Leesor PromiBgory Notea in the approximat
- principal amounts of $50,000.00 and $391,000.00,
' which are secured in part by~a mortgage on Lessee's
interest.granted hereunder in the Demised Premises.
' In the event of a default under any of the provisions
~ of the aforesaid Praaiasory Notes or Mortgage
~ securing repayment thereof or any o~ the other
f security instruments or other ~requirement8 which

; ahall be collater.al for ret:ayment of the said t
~ obliqations, which default is not cured by the
~ Lessee as set forth~in those obligations,~then
this Lease and the interest of the Lessee granted
hereunder, shall immediately becane null and void.
~ 2. All other terms and conditions of said Lease shall

remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed. ~
