are outstandinq, Media ahall provide to Gulfstream the follawing
financial statements of Media, prepared ~.n accordance with

request such atatements fraa its accountants~on a timely basis ~
and shall provide its accountants with all necessary information
and access to records so as to enable Media's compliance with

(a) Unaudited balance aheets and income statements

~ 7. All other terms, provisions and conditions of the
aforesaid mortgage dated December 22, 1978, not modified herein, .
