Coast Railway Company's right-of-way of Andrews and
Richards Re-subdivision of Tyler's Subdivision as
recorded in plat book 1,-page 199 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Said lot lying
in and comprising a part of Government lot 4, of
Section 10-35-U0. '
IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGORS
