receipt of which is heteby acknowledged, has granted, barguined, and sold to
Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever the following described real

Grantee, by acceptance hereof , and by agreement with GranLor hereby
expressly asswnes and agrees to be bound by and to comply with all of the _

Point of Fort Pierce Condo~ninium Section 1 and the Protective Covenants
providea for certain land use covenants upon the land area~ described therein
(includinq, but not limited to, portions of the land areas included within this

~ menta and righta including, but not li~nited to, the "Roadway Easement",

obliqatiion to pay certain "ABSessments" as are respectively set forth in the

~ edqea and assumes the obligation to oay the amounts assessed against the "
~ AparCment under both the Settlement Stipulation and Protective Covenants and
