their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcet or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said

on page 37 of the public records of St. lucie County, Florida, less the East
365.0 feet thereof, as measured westerly along the North line of said Lot 7 from
its intersection with an existing.concrete seawall on the Indian River, and less
any Road and Canal Rights-of-way. And Also an easement for ingress and egress
over the following described land: The North 40 feet of the East 365.0 feet, as
measured from the aforementioned ~seawall, of Lot 7 of Lot 3, KOBLEGARD'S~SUBDIYI-
SION, all situate in Section 28, Township 28 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie ;
County, Florida and containing 3.8 acres, more or less.?
