ASSIGNMENT `
ASSIGNMENT made this ~1~ day of June A.D., 1979, by
FLOYD C. WELCH and EVELYN M. WELCH, his wife, of Fort Pierce,
Florida, Assignor, to MAURICE D. SNYDER, as Trustee, of Fort
Pierce, Florida, Assignee.
IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
Assignor hereby assigns to the Assignee, a lease made by Assignor

to the Prudential Insurance Company of America, a corporation ;

organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, dated
December 7, 19~1, as recorded in O. R. Book 198 at Page 2909,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, covering the premises
known as 1,024 square feet on first floor of building located at
2417 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, together with the ;

premises therein described and the building thereon, with the t

appurtenances, ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD ~he same unto the Assignee and his assigns
from June 29 A.D., 1979, for the rest of the term of the lease and ~

any options to renew thereof, subject to the rents, covenants, and ~

conditions therein. ~ ~
; The Assignor hereby covenants that the assigned lease is free {

; from encumbrances and that no defaults exist under the terms of the

f lease on the part of the Assignor or on the part of the tenant.
