SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT ~
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Sun First National Bank of Me].b~urne ;

the owners and holders of that certain mortgage and the indebtedness `
secured thereby,.executed by Richard~D. Sneed, Jr., and
Martha Sue Sneed, his wife under date of January 10 ~ 1979 ?
recorded in O. R. Book 263 , page 927 , St. Lucie

County, Florida, public records, encumbering real property situate in f

St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows:
See attached legal
and assigned to it by deed of assignment executed the
day of ~~nJ u K~ , 19~Z, by Hans W. Tews and
Martha W. Tews, his wife.
At the request of said mortgagors and in consideration of the sum of
Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations inuring to the '
undersigned from mortgagors , do
hereby subordinate the lien and operation of said mortgage to the lien 4
and operation of that certain mortgage, and the indebtedness secured
thereby executed by the said mortgagors to Port St. Lucie Bank
under date of June 4 , 19 79 ,
recorded in O.R. B'lc 3 , at page 344-6 , St. Lucie County,
Florida, public records, securing the sum of $ 60,000.00 and
encumbering the above described real property, in the same manner and
e~ffect as if said mortgage had been dated and filed for public record~
prior to and in advance of the mortgage held by the undersigned which
is hereby subordinated.
