LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF

I~NOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, CECILIA F. CHMURA~
of the Town of Windsor Locks, County of Hartford and State of ~
Connecticut, being of larwful age, of sound and disposing mind~ _
memory and 3udgment, do her~by make, publish and declare this
as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills
and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct the payment of my funeral expenses and
j ust debts by my Executor hereinafter named, except any debt
secured by mortgage of real estate; and I hereby direct that
all legacy, succession, inheritance, transfer and estate taxes F
levied or assessed upon or with respect to any property which
is included as part of my gross estate for the purpose of any
such tax, shall be paid by my Executor out of my estate in the
same manner as an expense of administration, and shall not be

prorated or apportioned among nor charged against the respec-
i tive devisees, legatees, beneficiaries, transferees or other

j recipients, nor charged against any property passing or which
R may have passed to any of them, and that my Executor shall not
~
` exercise any privilege of reimbursement for any portion of any
~
? such tax from any such person,

F SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,

s both real and personal, wherever situated, I give, devise and be-

` queath absolutely to my husband, BENJAMIN I. CHMURA, presently of
~ Windsor Locks, Connecticut, if he does not survive me, or if he
~
~
a should die with me in a common disaster, then I give, devise and
~
~ bequeath said rest, residue and remainder of my estate to my
~ nephew, EDWARD MODZELESKI, presently of Agawam, Massachusetts, to °
~ be his ahsolutely and forever, or if said nephew shall have pre-
s
~ deceased me leaving issue surviving, then to said issue per stirpes.
