WHEREAS, CECILIA F. CHMURA, a/k/a CECELIA F. CHMURA, a/k/a CELIA F.
CHMURA, of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, died on July 28, 1978 owning assets
in the State of Florida, and .
WHEREAS, BENJAMIN I. CHMURA has been appointed Ancillary Personal
Representative of the Estate of the decedent and has performed all acts .
prerequisite to issuance of Letters of Administration in the Estate,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersfgned Circuit Judge, declare BENJAMIN I.
CHMI]RA to be duly qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to act
as Ancillary Personal Representative of the Estate of CECILIA F. CH~QIRA, '
