I, JOSEPH H. RYAN, a resident of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, being~of sound-mind and memory, do make this
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all

others by me heretofore made.
I.
I direct that all of my just debts be paid and all my
general expenses, including medical and ~funeral expenses, be
paid as soon as possible after my decease.
II.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both
real and personal, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever located,
I give, devise and bequeath to my three c.hildren, RODERT J. RYAN,
ICATHP.YN RYAN and ELEANOR PARCE , sh are an~l sh are alike , to be
theirs absolutely.

; I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, FOBERT J. .

~ confer upon him as said executor, pow•er to administer my estate,

~ excusing him froin giving any bond, or making any returns to the

; Court. I expressly confer upon him full authority and power to

~ private sale, with or without notice, as he may deem best and
~ without any order of Court. I authorize him to make good and

sufficient conveyances to any purchaser, and i further hereby
