I, ALMA E. KRAMEL, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida being
of sound and disposinq mind and memory and mindful of the un-
certainty of life and intending to dispose of all my property
wherever situated upon my death, do hereby make, publish and
de~lare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revok-
inq any and all former Wills and Codicils heretofore made by
me.
I am married and the name of my husband is WALTER KRAMEL.
All references in this Will to my husband are to him.
I have three children. The-names of my children are
DOROTHY ELEANOR MOLLOY, ROXSANA LOUISE LARSON, and WALTER
EVANS KRAMEL. References in this Will to my children include
any of my children that may be hereafter born or adopted.
ARTICLE I
I I direct that all my legal debts and funeral expenses
~ be paid as soon after my decease as conveniently may be done.
~ The proceeds from any insurance payable to my estate by reason

€ of my death may be used by my personal representative for the

payment of administration expenses, claims, and/or taxes.
~ ARTICLE II
~ I give all of my property, real, personal, and mixed,

~ to my husband, provided he survives me for more than fifteen
~
~ days, as hereinafter provided. If he dces not survive me, in
~
~ the event his death and mine are not the result of a common ~
~

= accident or disaster, for fifteen days, or in the event his

~ for fifteen days, then I give my estate in equal shares to my
children who survive me, for fifteen days. If any one of my '
