ARTICLE III
I nominate and appoint my husband, WALTER KRAMEL,
personal representative of this Will, to serve without bond. ;
If he should predecease me or fails to qualify as personal `
representative of this my Last Will and Testament, or having
qualified, thereafter for any reason shall cease to act, then
I nominate and appoint my children or the survivor of them to

act as co-personal representatives of this Will to serve with- '
out bond.
ARTICLE IV
In addition to all the powers customarily afforded
personal representatives by law, I specifically authorize my
personal representative or my successor co-personal.represen-
tatives to do any and all things which in his opinion are nec-
essary to complete the administration and settlement of my
estate including full power and authority, without the order
of any court and upon such terms and under such conditions as
to my said personal representative or successor co-personal
