This cause coming on for hearing before the court upon plaintiff's
motion for summary judgment heretofore filed, and the court having considered
said motion, together with the pleadings, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUGED:
1. That plaintiff is entitled to summary judgment as requested in its
said motion, and, accordingly, plaintiff's motion for summary judgment against
the above named defendant is hereby granted.
