ORDERED and ADJUDGED: .
(1) STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were B:ade as follows:
(a) That the Plaintiff and the Defendant have
withdrawn their motions for jury trial and the cause
is set for a non-jury trial.
(2) EVIDENCE Documentary and other evidence listed and
presented at the Pre-Trial Conference shall be admitted into
evidence without objection except as herein reserved.
