BESSIE ZADOYKO ~
I, BESSIE ZADOYKO, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to
pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts, includ-
ing the expenses of my last illness and iFuneral expenses.
Funeral expenses shall not exceed FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($5,000.00) in cost.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise my condominium apart-
ment number four at 1315 Bayshore Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida
to my friend, GRACE G. WARREN, 1223 Bayshore Drive, Fort
Pierce, Florida, together with all jewelry, clothing, books,
pci;:ures, silv~rware, household goods, furniture, furnishings
; and provisions and all articles of personal use located therein.

I CLAUSE III: I give and devise all cash balances ;

~ I may have at the time of my death in commercial banks, savings ~
~ and loan associations and savings banks equally to my follow- ~
~ ing nieces and nephews, share and share a-like, per stirpes,
~ rovided however a

~ expenses, debts and expenses of administering my estate shall
~ first be deducted from the total of said cash balances and
~ the net proceeds thereof shall be distributed equally to said
