CLAUSE IV: I give and devise all of the rest, resi-
due and remainder of my property, if any, to my friend, GRACE
G. WARREN, provided that if she does not survive me, then all
of said proper~y shall go instead equally to the above-named
nieces and nephews, per stirpes.
_ CLAUSE V: I name and appoint GRACE G. WARREN as
personal represer.~~tive of this Will, to serve without bond
and in the event she shall die, resign or be unable for any
reason to act or to continue acting as such, then I name
and appoint her husband, WALTER WARREN, as such personal
representative, to serve without bond.
My personal representative shall have all of the
rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted under
Chapters 733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
