9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil c~f
decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 10 herein.
10. An exemplified copy of the original of the decedent's Will,
dated February 12, 1974, accompanies this Petition.
11. Decedent's Will does not direct administration as required
by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioner requests that decedent's
Will be admitted to probate and an Order of Summary Administration be
entered directing distribution of the assets in thi.s Estate in accor-
dance with the schedules set forth in paragraph 8 of this Petition.
Undex penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the fore-
going and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge and
