~ KENNETH L. BURROW, in the face amount of $20,000.00, said policy
~ being Equitable Life Assurance Group Policy No. 54805. An appoint-
~ ment of a guardian of the property of the minor is required in order
~ to obtain the proceeds of said life insurance.
