because decedent died owning real estate in St. Iucie
County, Florida.
5. The assets in this estate and their estimated values
are:

St. Iucie Courity, Florida. • $2,000.00
6. The value of the entire estate subject to administra-
tion in this state does not exceec~ $10,000.00.
7. The estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that the vacant lot described in
paragraph 5 above be distributed solely to decedent's son,
as Trustee
James Kenneth Mcllwrick,f whose address is c% H.O.E. Braden,
1430 King Street East, Hamilton, Qntaria, Canada.
9. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked Will
or Codicil of decedent other than as set forth in para-
graph 10.
10. A certified or exemplified copy of decedent's
Last Will dated July 12, 1974, accompanies this petition.
r 11. Decedent's Will does not direct administration
~ as required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioners

' request that the certified or exemplified copy of decedent's -
~ Last Will be admitted to probate and an Order of Summary
~ Administration be entered directing distribution of the

° assets in the estate in accordance with the schedule set

forth in paragraph 8 of this petition.
