decedent was domiciled and resided in ~his county at the time
of her death. She also vwned homestead in this county.

Decedent held a beneficial one-half interest in this property.
The purpose of this estate proceeding is to effectuate the trans-
fer of theses shares into the estate of Fred B. Lees, Deceased. ;
6. The value of the entire estate subject to administration
in this state does not exceed $10,000.00.
7. ~The decedent's estate is not indebted except for New
York taxes that may be assessable on the transfer of the afore-
mentioned stock. Arrangements have been made to pay this expense
through the estate of Fred B. Lees, Deceased, Filed with this
Court in File No. 79-~81-CP,
8. It is proposed that all assets of this estate be distri-

4 buted to the estate of Fred ~3. Lees.
9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codocil -

~ of decedent other than is set forth in paragraph 10, below.
10. The original of the decedent's will, dated May 2, 1977,
is in the possession of this court or accompanies this petition.

~ 11. Decedent's will does not direct administration as required
~ by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioner requests that the

decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an order of sur.~mary
~ administration be entered directing distribution of the assets

~ in the estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in para-
