AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
The Petitioner, GERARD G. CARUSO, alleges:
1. Petitioner is the Guardian of the property of JOSEPH JAMES
CARUSO, a minor.
2. The above-named minor is the beneficiary of a trust
created by his grandmother, MARIE CARUSO, as evidenced by that certain
deed recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie.Eounty, Florida, a
copy of which is attached hereto, said property being titled in the
name of "GERARD G. CARUSO, IN TRUST F01t JOSEPH J. CARUSO, a minor".
3. GERARD G. CARUSO, in his capacity as Trustee, desires to
sell a portion of said property, and in order to convey clear title to

~ the purchaser, it is necessary that GERARD G. CARUSO, in his capacity

~ as Guardian of the property of said minor, execute and deliver a

` Guardian's Deed.

~ 4. The portion of said real property herein sought to be sold

is described as follows:

"JAY GARDENS" - Ft. Pierce Subdivision of SW 1/4
