CARUSO, alleges: 1. Petitioner is the Guardian of the property of JOSEPH JAMES CARUSO, a minor. 2. The above-named minor is the beneficiary of a trust created by his grandmother, MARIE CARUSO, as evidenced by that certain deed recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie.Eounty, Florida, a copy of which is attached hereto, said property being titled in the name of "GERARD G. CARUSO, IN TRUST F01t JOSEPH J. CARUSO, a minor". 3. GERARD G. CARUSO, in his capacity as Trustee, desires to sell a portion of said property, and in order to convey clear title to ; ~ the purchaser, it is necessary that GERARD G. CARUSO, in his capacity i ~ as Guardian of the property of said minor, execute and deliver a f ` Guardian's Deed. I ~ 4. The portion of said real property herein sought to be sold ~ is described as follows: Lot 13, Block 5, of SUNSHINE STATE LAND COMPANY'S "JAY GARDENS" - Ft. Pierce Subdivision of SW 1/4 j of the NW 1/4 of Section 11-, Township 35 South, ~ Range 39 East, as recorded in Plat Book 10~ at page 70, of ~the Public Records of St. Lucie County, ~ Florida. - ~ . ~ 5. T!ie above-described real property has an appraised value ~ a of $670.00, and GERARD G.
