This cause coming on before this Court upon the Petition of • ~

GERARD G. CARUSO, as Guardian of the property of JOSEPH JAMES CARUSO~ ~
a minor, and the Court having determined that it is in the best
interests of the minor that certain assets be sold in order to pro- '
vide funds for the health, welfare, and educativn of the minor, and =

that the best interests of the minor would be served by the sale of '
the property at a private sale for a cash purchase price of $2,000.00,
and the Court finding that all interested persons have consented to
the entry of this Order, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that GERARD G. CARUSO, as Guardian of >

the property of JOSEPH JAMES CARUSO, a minor, is hereby authorized to i

sell the following-describe~ real property: -

i Lot 13, Block 5, of SUNSHINE STATE LAND COMPANY'S
~ "JAY GARDENS" - Ft. Pierce Subdivision of SjJ 1/4 of

~ of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
