a Court of probate jurisdiction; and the Court findinq that the Will of the
Decedent complies with the laws of Florida as to form and execution, and that

it devises real property located in this County, owned by the decedent at
the time of his death; said property described as:
The N1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 22, Township 35 South,
Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the Will, the Petition
' for Probate and the Order admitting them to probate in the proper court of the
daniciliary state have been filed herein by the Petitioner, it is
