~3• If my wife predeceases me, the tiarital Share shall
consist of one-half (1/2) of my residuary estate, computed before
deduction of the taxes and duties referred to in Article FIRST
and the Residual Share shall consist of the balance of my resi-
duary estate. ~
II. The t~arital Share shall be disposed of as follows:
_ A. 1. If my wife survives me, I give the Marital

Share to my trustees,•IN TRUST ("Marital Trust"), to invest and
reinvest the same, to collect the rents, income and profits
~
; thereof and to pay or apply the entire net income arising there-
from, at least once a year, to or to the benefit of my wife,

during her life. Upon the death of my wife, the trustees shall

~ pay over and distribute the principal and any accrued_and accumu-

! lated income from the Marital Trust to and among such persons

i (including the estate of my said wife, her creditors and the

creditors of her estate), in such amounts and/or proportions and
upon such estates (whether in trust or otherwise) as my wife
