principal of the Marital Trust (including the entire principal) ~ '
as my trustees other than my wife shall, in their sole and unr~-
viewabl.e discretion, determine. In makinq such determination my
trustees other than my wife shall consider the interests of my ±
wife as paramount to the interests of any other person. ~
B. If my wife predeceases me, I give the Marital
Share to the Foundation, absolutely.
III.- The.Residual Share (computed before the deduction of
any taxes or duties payable out of Part 2 of the Residual Share
pursuant to Article FIRST) shall be divided into two parts,
hereinafter referred to as "Part 1" and "Part 2," respectively.
Part 1 shaZl consist of Five Nundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000).
and Part 2 shall be the balance of the Residual Share.
A. I give Part 1 of the Residual Share to the Founda-
