Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the trust shall

2. Upon such termination, the then remaining
principal and accrued and accumulated income of the Marrow Family

Trust shall be disposed of as follows:
- a. I give FIF'TY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000),
absolutely, to each of my then living grandchildren; and~
b. I direct that the rest of such principal
and income shall be disposed of in accordance with the provisions i
