ELOWITZ, whose addresses were heretofore set forth, are entitled to preference in appointment as personal repre- sentatives because the decedent, ALFRED J. MARROW, named his wife, MONETTE C. MARROW, as a co-personal representative, and SAMUEL J. ELOWITZ was named in the Last Will and Testament of the deceased as a substitute for the co-personal repre- sentative, MAX M. KAMPELMAN, who failed to qualify as a personal representative of this estate due to his non- residency. . 6. The assets of this estate, both real and personal, tangible and intangible, have a value in excess of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00). 7. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of decedent. ' ° ~ Petitioners request that MONETTE C. MARROW and SAMUEL~J.
