4. The Petitioners entered into a Sales Contract dated
March 16, 1979, with HURLEY ROUNTREE, JR. and BOB COOK, and agreed
to sell the above described property to said individuals, subject
to the approval of this Court for a sum of money consistent~with ~
the fair market value of said property and that Petitioners rep-
resent to the Court that the~Sales Contract, for the agreed price,
~
set forth therein, is in the best interest of the Estate.

WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray that an Order be entered ap- ~
proving the Contract of Sale of the property described herein
and authorizing the Personal Representatives to sell said real -
estate and any other interest which the Estate may have therein.
Petitioners also pray that the Court, in its Order approving
the Contract of Sale, authorize and empower the Personal Rep-
resentatives to pay any reasonable fees and/or costs in connection
with said sale. -
Under penalties of perjury, we/I declare that we/I have ~
