Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of ALFRED J. MARROW,
Deceased, for an Order authorizing the sale and conveyance to
HURLEY ROUNTREE, JR. and BOB COOK, pursuant to that certain .

- Contract dated March 16, 1979, entered into between the Co-

_ Personal Representai~ives of the Estate and HURLEY ROUNTREE,
~ JR, and BOB COOK, coming on to be heard and it appearing to
the Court that said Petition should be granted and the Court .

IT IS ORDEREp AND ADJUDGED that the Petitioners are -
hereby authorized to sell said real estate, along with any
other interest which the Estate may have therein, pursuant to
