THIS INDENTURE, made this 23rd day of March, 1979, between
CHARLES B. FULTON of Palm Beach County, State of Florida, party
of the first part, and IMOGENE C. FULTON, whose mailing address
~ is 701 Clematis Street, Room 416, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33401,
C, of Palm Beach County, State of Florida, party of the second part.

That the party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sums of money paid to or for the benefit of the party of

of said Government Lot 4, a distance of 888.52 feet;
