That certain deed executed by Charles B. and
Imogene Fulton to William W. Atterbury. Jr.
on October 14. 1971, whereby the Fultons con- i
vey to the Atterburys a strip of land 50 feet
. in width, from east to west, from the County
Road to the southwest corner of the Atterbury ~
property. which deed is duly recorded in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County in.Deed
Baok 196 at Pages 2272-2273, and
SUBJECT TO
That certain deed executed by Charles B. and .
Imogene Fulton to Perry Boswell, Jr, on Novem-
ber 13, 1973, whereby the Fultons convey to
Boswell a strip of land 60 feet in width from
north to south, which runs along the southerly
boundary of the hereinabove first described
land and which is duly recorded in the Office
- of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
St. Lucie County in Deed Book 221 at Pages
327-329.
PALM BEACH COUNTY PARCELS
An undivided one half interest in and to the undivided
one half interest which the party of the first part acquired
by that certain deed of conveyance from F.A. Carpenter, a/k/a
Floyd A. Carpenter, joined by his wire, Winnie Delle Carpenter;
i and John Howard Carpenter, a/k/a John H. Carpenter, joined by

j his wife, Gail Shea Carpenter, which deed is duly executed on

~ April 10, 1972, and is recorded in the Public Records of Palm

Beach County, Florida, in the Official Records Book 2008 at
Pages 1988-1989, and which deed conveyed from the Carpenters to
~ Charles B. Fulton and William A. Stockton each an un~3ivided
~ one half interest in and to the following described property:
~ Tracts 11 to 16 and the North 47 feet of Tract 17
~ to 20 inclusive, Block 35, PALM BEACH FARMS CO.
PLAT N0. 3, a subdivisian in Palm Beach County,
~ Florida, according to the Plat thereof recorded
~ in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
~ in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, in Plat
~ Book 2, pages 45 to 54; TOGETHER with all rights '
~ title ~and interest in the 30 foot road lying North
~ of Tracts 17 to 20 inclusive.
~ Subject to right of ways of record, reservations '
~ of record and taxes subsequent to the year 1971.
