ANOTHER PARCEL IN PALM BEACH COUNTY ~

one half interest which the party of the first part acquired '
on February 18, 19:~3, by virtue of that certain Warranty Deed s

which was executed on ttiat date by Edward L. DuBois and Imogene
DuBois. his wife, to Charles B. Fulton and William A. Stockton,
and is recorded tn the Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida, in the Official Records Bcok 2862 at Pages 835-836,
whereby the DuBois' conveyed to Fulton and Stockton the following
described tract of land, to-wit:
~ The South Half~(S.1/2) of Tract 9, Block 35, PALM
BEACH FARMS C0. PLAT N0. 3, a subdivision in Palm
Beach County, Florida, according to the Plat there-
of recorded in the 0-ffice of the Clerk of the Cir-
~ cuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida,
in Plat Book 2, Pages 45 to 54.
Less the ri ht-of-way for State Road 7(also known
as U.S. 441~ as now laid out and in use.
AS TO ALL PARCELS
The conveyance from the party of the first part to the
party of the second part of all parcels here included is made
subject to the following additional specific conditions:
! 1) The rights of parties in possession.

~ 2) The revelation of accurate surveys.

~ All restrictions, reservations, exceptions,
~ and easements of record.
~ 4) All relevant zoning laws and regulations.
~ 5) All ad valorem taxes for Che year 1979.~

This deed is for the purpose of placing record title in

~ grantee consistent with her contributions to purchase prices

~ and mortgage payments, the resulting trust, and agreements of
