OTHER COVENANTS
This deed is a General Warranty Deed, subject only to
the iCems above specified, which conveys to the party of the
second part the ownership interest hereinabove specified in
and to each of said parcels, to have and to hold ia fee simple
forever.
The party of the first part does hereby covenant with
the party of the second part that he is seised of the above de-
scribed parcels to the extent that this deed reveals his title
thereto; and that said parcels are free and clear of and from
all encumbrances except a mortgage debt upon the Carpenter prop-
erty and a mortgage debt upon the DuBois property concerning
which there has been full disclosure to the party of the second
part. -
The partj* of the first part does hereby warrant the title
to each of said parcels and will defend the same against the law-
ful claims of all persons whomsoever, except for the mortgage
obligations just mentioned and the other specified items to which
~ this conveyance is made subject.
