KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, LOUISE
PALMER, also known as LOUZSE Q. PALMER, a widow, of 1281
Coconut Road, Boca Raton, Florida, do hereby appoint HARKLESS
G. ENNS, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
my attorney, for me and in my name to ask, demand, sue
