wise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon

(1) Z~at the Husband, BO~BSY L. HF.RRIl~IGI~ON, shall ra~v~e hi~elf fran the
pranises located at 1812 Avenue C, Fbrt Pierce, Flarida, on or before 5:00
o'clock P.M., Jiu~e 29, 1979, and pending further order of the Qourt, the Wife,

1~[.LIE M. ~RIl~G'1~ON, will lia~v~e exclusive use ar~d possession of said prenises;
(2) ~at all parties herebo shall deliver the respective properties in
existing oor~dition withait waste or destruction and all property so deliv~ered
te~~orarily urxier this Order shall n~t be subjected t~o waste per~ding f; na~
hearing hereurxier;
~ (3) ~at per~ding further Order of oourt, tt~e Wife shall have exclusive

~ use and possession of the 1972 Dodge Dart aut~ambile arid the Husbarr3 shall

~ have exclusive use and possession of the 1977 C~evrolet Van;

~ (4) Zt~at the restraining order previously entered i.nto by this Court on
the ~day of June, 1979, shall have full force and effect;
(5) ZY~at witl~it predjudice tn either party, the mortgage payment on the
~ prenises located at 1812 Avenue C, Fbrt Pierce, Florida shall be shared equally

~ by the parties until further dispositi.on by the Caurt.
