AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
~ HURLEY R. ROUNTREE, JR. and ROBERT H. COOK, JR., who, after being ~
duly sworn, depose and say: ,
Affiants entered into a Contract to purchase the hereinafter
described property under the name of HURLEY ROUNTREE, JR. and _

was entered in the Probate Division of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Palm Beach County, Florida, authorizing said sale.
Affiants further state that a Deed for the purchase of said property
indicates title is being taken in the name of HURLEY ROUNTREE, JR.

and•ROBERT COOK. Affiants further state that they have executed
Mortgages to The Federal Land Bank of Columbia and The Gulf Atlantic
Production Credit Association under the names of HURLEY R. ROUNTREE,
JR. and ROBFRT H. COOK, JR.
Affiants further state that HURLEY R. ROUNTREE, JR, is also
; known as HURLEY ROUNTREE, JR. and HURLEY ROUNTREE, notwithstanding

~ the discrepancies in the names in the various places used, and

! further, that ROBERT H. COOK, JR, is also known and is one and t

~ the same_person as ROBERT COOK and BOB COOK, notwithstanding the
~ differences and discrepancies in the names as used in the various

~ documents.

~ Affiants further state that they are purchasing the hereinafter
~ described property wherein the various names appear, Co-wit:

~ The North 1/2 of the NE4 of Section 22, Township 35
South, Range 38 East; Less and Excepting all rights-
~ of-way for drainage canals and public roads; said land
~ lying and being in St~ ucie~County, Florida,.
